Mobile Community Action Inc., is one of the largest Community Action agencies in Alabama. The Agency has 10 Community Service Centers and 16 Head Start centers located in Mobile and Washington counties.

The task of making sure that each center conforms with local, state and federal regulations is assigned to Tracy Rhodes, Director of  Facilities, Operations and Transportation.  Mr. Rhodes supervises a staff of 17 highly-skilled technicians.
